Pillow Case

I finally made a pillow case for Colin's small square Ikea pillow. DSC_2843-1

I honestly don't know how long we have had the pillow for. But I do know that Colin picked out this fabric all on his own and I made the pillow case within a month of purchasing it! Yippee!

DSC_2891-1 I thought it was very cute of Colin to show me how he would use his new pillow :)DSC_2848-1 DSC_2860-1

I think he likes it.

Materials and measurements:

Fabric: Traffic Jam by Allison Jane Smith for Windham Fabrics

Measurements:

main fabric 14" x 14" square cut on the fold =14" x 28" rectangle

accent: 6" x 26 3/4"

I used a 1/4" seam allowance and did not pre wash my fabrics.

I always mean to tell you that you take such great photos. These are perfect. I love the pillow case, I guess I should make one for each of Brice's IKEA pillows, too. I'll be on the hunt for some fabric this trip - thanks for the idea!
