WIP's Done!

I finished my WIP's from this post :)

A car boot shift cover for my brother- I am hoping this is what he had in mind.

The Revoluzzzionary bunny was a big hit with Colin. Not so much with mom. I had a really hard time with stitching it all together. I am not used to making stuff so small :) I still love the little bunny and think it is adorable. But don't look to closely at it. I had to sew up a few little spots on the outside by hand :) I think it gives the bunny character.

Colin's apron is finished and ready to be washed. It did not turn out exactly how I had pictured it. But I think it will work just fine. Plus there is lots of room in it so he can use it for years :) I still need to wash it and wrap it for his birthday party this Saturday.

Progress

I actually got the office cleaned up enough that I could see and use the computer desk for sewing :)

I did not get a lot accomplished but I got some things cut out and worked on Colin's apron a bit. I hope to finish the apron today, really there is not much left and no reason for me not to :)

Happy Friday!

Colin's Upgraded Hat

DSC_4072-1 I bought this hat at Joann's for $1. It is just a basic, cheap, navy blue stretchy knit hat. I think the added Heather Ross Gnome fabric makes it 100x more adorable. Especially when I see Colin wearing it. The hat is plenty big and will last for a long time, which made me feel less guilty about using this adorable fabric on it :)

I used a light weight Steam-A-Seam adhesive and I also stitched it on the hat. This gnome wont be going anywhere on his own :)
