Progress

I am almost done and ready to share the project with the stars on it.DSC_4526-1

I have a lot on my to do lists right now so I am going to try and cut back on my internet time :) Sarah is joining me. In fact she suggested it. Our original plan was once a day but now we are already thinking maybe just a certain number of minutes a day. I am going to try for once a day and see how it goes. Either way I am hoping to get a lot more items crossed off my list. The internet has a scary way of sucking me in and detouring me from being productive :)

Sweet Tweet Giveaway

Cover Sweet Tweet Pattern

Update: The Giveaway is over, sorry to anyone who missed it :(

Thank you everyone for all of your wonderful comments about Brook's Quilt. It has since been renamed, thank you Sarah, to Sweet Tweets. And is now available in the shop as a PDF pattern. Many thanks to Christina (who has a new pattern in her shop too), Sarah, and my hubby for all of their help and inspiration.

To celebrate I thought I would do a giveaway for the pattern. Rules: simply leave a comment on this post before Sunday, October 25 at midnight. Winner will be announced on Monday.

Edit: Thank you to everyone you participated in the giveaway and for all of the lovely comments. The giveaway ended October 25, 2009. You can find the pattern for sale in my Etsy shop or there is a pay pal button in the right side column.

Diamonds Are a Girls Best Friend

DSC_3820-1 DSC_3809-1 DSC_3810-1 DSC_3813-1 DSC_3814-1 DSC_3815-1 DSC_3817-1 DSC_3819-1 Made 100% by me, minus the frame on the label, I borrowed that from Christina. Featuring Moda Swell and Sweet fabric lines. Finished quilt is approximately 32"x43" Sorry for the bad pictures, it is extremely windy here today. I am going to have my mom hold the quilt up for some photos when she stops by today :) (I am hoping it will be less windy by then)

The quilt will go to it's new home tonight when I get to meet it's recipient for the first time. I am very curious to see what Colin thinks of his new cousin Brooke Ashlynn.

Happy Monday!

Update: pattern is now avaiable here
