A cure for the Blues....Givaway

The color blue must be on my mind. I have been using it in a few projects, dressing myself and Colin in it, wishing to see it in the sky. DSC_9078-1 DSC_9070-1 DSC_9071-1

*Not-so-little blue bird (from this book) along with the appliquéd t-shirt was a birthday gift for Stella, Sarah's daughter.

* photo of the blue sky as we were driving home from Grandma Candi's house. You can kind of see Mt. Hood in the background

*A really cozy and heavy crocheted blanket my mom and I came across as we were unpacking.

I think the blanket is wonderful. It is so cheerful to look at on these gray days we continue to have her in the PNW. It has definitely brought us some color this last couple days and I think it is time to share it. How about a giveaway?? That's right I am going to give this pretty blanket away. I don't know where it came from but it is in great shape and I think the yarn is a wool blend because it is really heavy for its size. Due to the weight of the blanket the giveaway is open to U.S. residences only...sorry

Simply leave a comment before Sunday, June 13th on this post and I will pick a winner via the random number generator on Monday. Good Luck

The blanket would be an awesome addition to our winter blankie stash!

I was going to say, I didn't know you were crocheting a blanket, but I guess you weren't! :) I love the bird and think the shirt was just perfect for Stella. She loves clothes so much and has such an eclectic style that I just love. Good job on the gifts!
